13. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) – Although the Platform facilitates online mediation and arbitration, NLP is not the mediator, arbitrator or adjudicating authority. All decisions, awards, settlements, and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the appointed arbitrator/mediator.
14. Incorporation, Compliance, IPR and Regulatory Filings – All forms are drafted by the independent professional. NLP does not verify the legal sufficiency of documents or guarantee any timeline or outcome from regulatory authorities.

16. Financial & Tax services – Any computations, returns, filings, reconciliations, statements or reports are prepared entirely by the independent CA/CS. NLP does not verify financial data, perform audits or ensure accuracy/correctness of compliance procedures.
